In 2018, the number of Exceptional Talent Visas granted was within the previous quota.</p><p> </p><p>The increase in quota ensures that we have sufficient headroom in the Exceptional Talent route to continue to attract highly skilled people from across the globe; and is a demonstration of the Government’s commitment to ensuring that the UK remains a world-leader in the digital technology, science, arts and the creative sectors.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>Highways England entered into a conditional contract with BP for the sale of Tollgate Hotel that was conditional on planning permission being granted for development. The planning applications submitted have been subject to a number of judicial reviews, which have delayed the sale. As a result, Highways England have now agreed with BP to move to an unconditional contract; this means the sale will no longer be dependent on gaining planning permission, and Highways England will now be able to move forward with the sale.</p><p>Given that Highways England will be entering into a new unconditional contract with BP for the sale of the property, they have no plans to remarket it at this time.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>As at 10th April 2019, a total of 100 appeals relating specifically to the company Home Energy &amp; Lifestyle Management Ltd (HELMS) have been referred to my rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State. One of these cases has been finalised (and is not subject to further appeal). The Secretary of State has issued Intention Notices in respect of four further HELMS cases. These are subject to representations from interested parties prior to a final decision. Good progress is being made to complete a large number of complex cases and we expect further Intention Notices to be issued shortly.</p> more like this
