	answer text	<p>As the Prime Minister said at PMQs on 3 April 2019, we are in discussion with the Department of Health and Social Care about concerns raised by doctors in the NHS pension scheme. It is not the Government’s practice to provide details of ongoing internal discussions. The Government keeps the impact of all public sector pay and pensions policies under constant review, taking account of total reward and fiscal considerations.</p>
