	answer	answer answer text <p>The only fines that can be imposed relating to child maintenance are as a result of criminal prosecution for failure to provide information or providing false information for the purposes of calculating the child maintenance liability. These fines are imposed by a court, information about fines is not recorded by my Department for management information purposes, and could only be provided at disproportionate cost.</p><p> </p><p>Within child maintenance enforcement, “sanctions” generally refers to powers used as a last resort, when other enforcement actions have not resulted in successful collection of arrears.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>DWP publish information on enforcement actions.</p><p> </p><p>Information on both civil and criminal enforcement actions undertaken by the Child Support Agency (CSA) is only available from April 2007. This can be found in Table 22 of the latest CSA Quarterly Summary of Statistics, available at the following link: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/child-support-agency-quarterly-summary-of-statistics-march-2017" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/child-support-agency-quarterly-summary-of-statistics-march-2017</a> . This includes information on a variety of enforcement actions, including commitment to prison and disqualification from driving (in the Committals section), along with information on the number of prosecutions that have been undertaken.</p><p> </p><p>Information on civil and criminal enforcement action undertaken by the Child Maintenance Service is published on Table 16 of the Child Maintenance Service Experimental Statistics, which contains data between September 2015 and March 2017. 	answer	answer answer text <p>The Green Paper on adult social care will bring forward proposals to ensure that all adults, including those living with dementia, receive high quality care whenever they need it. It will also bring forward ideas for including an element of risk pooling in the system, which will help to protect people from the highest costs.</p><p> </p><p>We remain committed to delivering the Challenge on Dementia 2020 in full to make England the best country in the world for dementia care by 2020. The March 2016 implementation plan details how the commitments in the Challenge, across four core themes of risk reduction, health and care, awareness and social action, and research will be met.</p><p> </p><p>The Implementation Plan envisages general practitioners (GPs) playing a leading role in ensuring coordination and continuity of care for people with dementia. We have recently undertaken a review of our implementation plan to reflect on what has been achieved so far and what more we need to do to achieve our goals by 2020. As a result of that we will be reviewing the role of GPs and whether they remain the staff group best placed to lead on care coordination in all cases.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, the NHS Long Term Plan commits to better support for people with dementia in the community and ongoing close work with the voluntary sector, for example supporting Alzheimer’s Society’s dementia connect programme.</p>

	answer	answer answer text <p>Community advocacy services are not a direct responsibility of the Department.</p><p> </p><p>There are statutory provisions to allow people access to advocacy support in specific circumstances. The Mental Capacity Act 2005 gives people who have an impairment, injury or disability, who have no one able to support or represent them, and who lack capacity, the right to independent support and representation. There is also a legal right to advocacy under the Mental Health Act 2007 and the Care Act 2014. The Children and Families Act 2014, Section 32 reinforced the requirement on local authorities to provide information, advice and support to families who have children and young people with a special educational need, through Information, Advice and Support Services.</p><p> </p><p>From 1 August 2016, all organisations that provide National Health Service care and / or publicly-funded adult social care are legally required to follow the Accessible Information Standard, which requires them to meet the information and communication support needs of patients, service users, carers and parents with a disability, impairment or sensory loss.</p>

The Accessible Information Standard was published by NHS England in July 2015. From 1 August 2016, all organisations that provide National Health Service care and or publicly-funded adult social care are required to follow the standard in full.</p><p> </p><p>Commissioning organisations, including clinical commissioning groups and local authorities, are required to support implementation and compliance with the standard by providers from which they commission services. They may do this through contracts and performance management arrangements, for example.</p>
