	answer	answer answer text <p>Between September 2011 and June 2014, the Ministry of Defence (MOD) ran a redundancy programme resulting in 12,134 Service personnel being selected for redundancy, of which 10,851 used a billable Career Transition Partnership (CTP) Service. All Regular and Gurkha personnel leaving the UK Armed Forces through the redundancy programme were entitled to receive the highest level of support through the Full Resettlement Programme (FRP) (now called the Core Resettlement Programme). The MOD has no records of any personnel electing to use a lower level of provision.</p><p>The estimated cost incurred through the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) contract to support Service personnel made redundant between June 2011 and September 2014 was £5.2 million.</p> question first answered 07/02/2018 16:34:19

Direction and guidance on personal security, including social media and personal electronic device use, has been issued and is kept under constant review. Specific issues relating to location services, including wireless-enabled activity trackers and other personal items of wearable technology, have been highlighted to personnel in awareness campaigns and briefings over recent years, and reiterated this week. 	answer	answer answer text <p>An estimated 264 Service leavers during Financial Year (FY) 2015-16 used a billable Career Transition Partnership (CTP) service and self-reported as being economically inactive for ‘other’ reasons (i.e. not in education, training or volunteering, travelling or abroad, reporting medical reasons, looking after family or retired) six months after leaving Service. Of these;</p><ul><li>34 were estimated to be Naval Service leavers</li><li>156 were estimated to be Army Service leavers</li><li>74 were estimated to be RAF Service leavers</li></ul><p> </p><p>An estimated 233 Service leavers during FY 2016-17 used a billable CTP service and self-reported as being economically inactive for ‘other’ reasons (i.e. not in education, training or volunteering, travelling or abroad, reporting medical reasons, looking after family or retired) six months after leaving Service.
