The figure quoted reflects the media costs of the campaign, and includes approximately £1.2 million from the existing contracted budget. I have placed a copy of the marketing brief and analysis of results for the Step Up campaign in the Library of the House. The Start Thinking Soldier campaign took place four years before the current partnering arrangement between the Army and Capita started. Although formal evaluation is no longer held for Start Thinking Soldier, I have placed the marketing brief for the television advertising in the Library of the House.</p><p> </p><p>The Army is always recruiting, as it requires a constant flow of personnel to enter as privates and officer cadets, and then to gain the knowledge and experience to be promoted through the ranks. Consequently, it will always need to run recruitment campaigns. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction answer text We have applied no sanctions against London Midland in regard to performance on the Birmingham Cross City line; we do not disaggregate performance by the train operators to that level. In the autumn of 2012 London Midland experienced a high number of cancellations, largely due to issues with availability of train crew. As a result, they breached the terms of their Franchise Agreement, and a remedial plan and package of benefits was agreed with the Department. As the Secretary of State for Transport announced to the House on 20 December 2012, this package included passenger benefits of: 500,000 discounted tickets, free travel for season ticket holders (worth up to c.£5.4m), capital investment, and additional driver training investment worth a combined £6.25m question first answered 24/03/2014 12:00:00
