<p>HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) does not produce forecasts for future VAT payable on the Severn Bridge Tolls. Even if HMRC was to do so, the information would be based upon previous VAT receipts and so the statutory duty of taxpayer confidentiality would prevent it from being disclosed.</p><p> </p>
