We are confident that this is in the interests of both sides. We will work hard to secure the best deal for the UK on exit and ensure that our new relationship with the EU works for business.</del></p><p> </p><p><del class="ministerial">We are also preparing for a range of possible outcomes for the audio-visual sector from the UK's negotiations with the EU.</del></p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">Freelancers form a vital part of the UK workforce, particularly for the creative industries. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/11/2018 answer text <p>DCMS works with the Libraries Taskforce and local and central government to promote good practice and innovation to sustain and improve library services provided by local authorities in England, including in Barnet. Library services in England can help transform lives, communities and society as a whole, including in relation to children by supporting them to develop and enjoy their reading; to learn and study; and to take part in events and activities. For instance, the annual Summer Reading Challenge, run by The Reading Agency, promotes reading for children at their local libraries and has resulted in many thousands of children aged 4 – 11 joining a library and accessing library services.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, DCMS provided £3.9 million to the Libraries: Opportunities for Everyone innovation fund to enable library services to trial innovative projects that would benefit disadvantaged people and places in England. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/07/2017 answer text <p>The UK will seek to protect the ability of individuals who are eligible for a UK European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), before the specified date, to continue to benefit from free, or reduced cost, needs-arising healthcare while on a temporary stay in the EU. This is subject to the EU agreeing that these rights will be reciprocated by EU member states. For example, the EBU (European Broadcasting Union), which represents 73 public service broadcasters in 56 Countries, participates in the Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee for Audio-visual.
