The UK supports ongoing dialogue between the US and China to resolve these issues with an outcome that is WTO-compliant. The employment rate (16-64) remained at 76.1%– at a record high. Once the retailer enters the market, it is for the retailer to ensure it operates efficiently and is able to continue to operate. In any functioning market some retailers will fail.
