We aim to agree these with all places by early 2020. For Kent, the South East LEP will set out an ambitious long-term vision for the area to increase its productivity, build on its established strengths, and create new opportunities for people and businesses in emerging sectors and industries.</p><p> </p><p>The government know that regions across the UK have different skills needs, so will build on local strengths to deliver opportunities for people wherever they live. One way we will achieve this is through Skills Advisory Panels which bring together local employers and skills providers to pool knowledge on skills and labour market needs and work together to understand and address key local challenges. They last inspected the section through Rutland on 25 February 2020 and some carriageway defects were identified.</p><p> </p><p>Any safety critical defects identified are reported with the appropriate instruction to mitigate any immediate safety issues. Permanent repairs are then carried out within a timescale appropriate to the severity and impact of the defect, frequently within 28 days.</p><p> </p><p>The A1 is being considered for future renewal schemes as Highways England develops its forward programme of works for the second Road Investment Strategy (RIS2) period, covering the years 2020 to 2025.</p><p> </p><p>We expect RIS2 to be published before the start of the second Road Period on 1 April 2020. During these planned works, further structural repairs were found to be necessary which led to the closure of the bridge.</p><p> </p><p>I understand how busy this stretch of the A52 is and Highways England did not take the decision to close the bridge lightly. The Department is working with Highways England to make sure everything possible is being done to resolve the situation and get traffic moving across the Clifton bridge as quickly and as safely as possible. One lane has already re-opened.</p><p> </p><p>Highways England is working closely with local authorities to ensure there are no restrictions on the diversion routes.</p><p> </p><p>Highways England invited all Local Resilience Forums (LRF), Nottingham City and County, to attend a briefing on the timings / stages necessary to safely restore the bridge capacity to normal.</p><p> </p><p>Highways England also meets weekly with local authorities and the emergency services to discuss mitigation measures, share progress, and plan works.</p><p> </p><p>Restrictions will be in place for some time until permanent repairs are completed. Adjustments to account for the change have been produced for high level series in the Reported Road Casualties in Great Britain, annual report: 2018.</p><p> </p><p>Injury descriptions are available from the CRASH system only since January 2016 for Humberside police force. This commenced in July 2017 following the end of a contract with a previous provider. Acas are contacted by customers who require a translation service approximately 536 times per month, and the majority of these contacts are customers phoning their employment law Helpline for advice. As the independent regulator for qualifications, Ofqual works with exam boards to make sure that any potential risks to the timely and secure delivery of GCSE, AS and A levels are appropriately managed. Ofqual has been closely monitoring the situation and meeting regularly with senior staff at AQA to discuss their contingency plans. Similarly, UK companies will be treated largely as third country companies for accounting and audit purposes. EEA auditors and EEA companies in the UK will also be treated as third country auditors and third country companies in the UK under changes that will be made effective in part through amendments to UK legislation. However, the UK Government has put in place a framework that will allow some continuing market access for EEA auditors to the UK for a limited period in order to provide continuity for businesses in the period following the UK’s exit.</p><p> </p><p>The Government’s technical notice on accounting and audit if there is no Brexit deal sets out the implications of No Deal for businesses operating across the EU/UK border. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/09/2022 answer text <p>The department does not hold a central register of wraparound providers from which an accurate assessment can be made about the number of children that have participated in after-school clubs by local authority.</p><p>However, the department runs the Childcare and Early Years Survey of Parents, which provides national-level estimates around the use of and payments for after school clubs and activities.</p><p>Use of after-school clubs and activities as childcare by families over the past five years is detailed in the attached document.</p><p>The department does not currently hold statistical data on the number of children that attend after-school clubs or their usage by region or local authority. However, the department conducted a survey of teachers and school leaders in March 2022, which revealed that 65% of primary schools that responded offered after-school childcare. When weighted to be nationally representative, this translates to around 11,000 primary schools. The Department regularly engages with stakeholders on the reforms announced in the Good Work Plan. Secondary legislation repealing the Swedish Derogation was laid on 17 December 2018 and approved by the House of Commons’ Seventh Delegated Legislation Committee on 6 March 2019. Subject to approval from the House of Lords, all agency workers will be entitled to the same pay as permanent staff after 12 weeks in an assignment from 6 April 2020. The Department does not provide oversight of this commercial relationship or the work of coding houses. As part of the Aviation Strategy the Department has sought views on how to hold coding houses to account for their work if it results in aircraft deviating from approved flightpaths.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has not conducted an assessment of the role of coding houses in airspace modernisation. These arrangements are long standing and designed to ensure that controllers are physically and mentally fit to carry out their operational duties.</p><p> </p><p>The current working time arrangements already provide some flexibility which could be used if deemed necessary.
