Core Spending Power is expected to rise by £2.9 billion from £46.2 billion to £49.1 billion in 2020-21, a cash increase of 6.3 per cent and an estimated real terms increase of 4.3 per cent.</p><p> </p><p>This includes an additional £1 billion grant for adult and children’s social care, on top of the continuation of existing social care grants.
