	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/03/2018 answer text <p>The British Government has repeatedly condemned the Congolese authorities’ use of violence against peaceful demonstrators. We released statements on 3 January and 23 January, following the deaths of protestors on 31 December 2017 and 21 January 2018. The statements called on the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) government to investigate and hold accountable security force members who fired on civilians or ordered the use of lethal force. We also released a statement before the 25 February 2018 protests, calling on the DRC government to open political space and allow peaceful demonstrations. We will continue to pressure the DRC government to allow peaceful assembly and worship.</p><p>The peacekeeping mission in DRC (MONUSCO) has a mandate to protect civilians including in the context of elections. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/03/2014 answer text <p> </p><p> </p><p>HM Treasury has implemented European Union sanctions against individuals identified as responsible for the misappropriation of Ukrainian state funds.</p><p><br>The result of these sanctions is that any assets in the UK, which are owned, held or controlled by any of the 18 listed individuals identified as responsible for the misappropriation of state funds are now frozen. We will be working to ensure that these measures are robustly implemented, including by looking to uncover assets which may be hidden behind complex company structures.</p><p>A multi-agency team comprised of the National Crime Agency, the Metropolitan Police Service and the Crown Prosecution Service has visited the Ukraine to offer technical assistance and support to the Ukrainian authorities in their efforts to identify and recover embezzled state funds. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/07/2020 answer text <p>As part of continued engagement with our sectors, DCMS Ministers, and officials have spoken to many organisations in the arts and culture sectors directly, as well as arms-length bodies and sector representatives.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Through this engagement we know that the capacity needed to make a profit varies not just between the sub-sectors, but also between individual organisations and on an even more granular level, what those organisations programme. These considerations, as well as costs relating to staffing, fixed costs, maintenance, production costs, and loans, also impact upon the size of the possible finance gap an organisation may have when considering when and whether to reopen.</p><p> </p><p>Following the establishment of the Cultural Renewal Taskforce, on 23 June the Prime Minister announced that from 4 July theatres will be permitted to reopen for rehearsal, pre-production and broadcast, although not yet for live performance with an audience. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/02/2022 answer text <p>Fuel poverty statistics are updated annually. The next update will be published on 24 February 2022. The report will include data for 2020 on the number of households living in fuel poverty in England and analysis of the composition of fuel poor households, as well as projections of the number of households in fuel poverty in 2021 and 2022. It is Ofgem’s role, as the independent regulator, to set a fair rate for the energy price cap. The price cap will ensure that over 22 million households pay a fair price for their gas and electricity.</p><p> </p><p>Support for energy bills is available to eligible households through the Warm home Discount, the Winter Fuel Payment and the Cold Weather Payments. On 3 February, the Government announced a package of support worth £9.1 billion to help domestic energy customers with the cost of rising energy bills.
