	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/02/2024 answer text <p>The Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act 2023 requires Troubles-related inquests to conclude by 1 May 2024. The legislation provides a limited carve out for any Troubles-related inquests where the hearing of all evidence has finished and where the only matter still to come is the delivery of the inquest’s findings.</p><p> </p><p>The Act contains provisions allowing a coroner to request a review of a death by the ICRIR, led by Sir Declan Morgan as Chief Commissioner, if the inquest has not been concluded via the coronial process by 1 May 2024. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/10/2017 answer text <p>If the leaders of the Sheffield City Region do not at some stage undertake the consultation, they will have chosen to walk away from the deal denying the people of the City Region some £1 billion investment from Government and the opportunity for the area to have new powers on transport, development, and skills. But as the Government has made clear, we remain committed to the deal and the mayoral election on 3 May 2018 for which Parliament has legislated. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/11/2014 answer text <p>The Dutch Safety Board published its preliminary report on the crash of Malaysian Airlines on 9 September 2014. Based on its preliminary findings to date, there is no indication of any operational or technical issues with either the aircraft or its crew. The damage observed on the forward section of the aircraft appears to indicate that the aircraft was penetrated by a large number of high-energy objects from outside the aircraft. It is likely that it is this damage that resulted in the loss of structural integrity of the aircraft, leading to an in-flight break. The Dutch Safety Board is continuing with its investigation.
