star this property answer text <p>Comprehensive figures for adjournments are not held for (1) family courts (2) civil courts (3) magistrates’ courts (4) crown courts and (5) most tribunals.</p><p>MoJ publishes figures on adjournments in the First Tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), Social Security and Child Support, Criminal Injuries Compensation, Mental Health, and Special Educational Needs and Disability as part of National Statistics, and the figures relating to the period in the request are due for publication later in 2020.</p><p>On 11 June 2020, HMCTS published new management information on the gov.uk website to provide stakeholders and the public with information to understand the very latest high-level position on the impact on workload volumes and activity across HMCTS. <strong>Annex A</strong> shows the volumes of hearings listed and hearings adjourned due to COVID-19 in the civil jurisdiction only.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>HMPPS has a duty of care to its staff to ensure they are provided immediate and specialist advice following suspected and actual Bodily Fluid Exposure (BFE) incidents. star this property answer text <p>Detached Duty (DD) is one of the sensible and proportionate measures we take to ensure we run safe and decent regimes in prisons and respond appropriately to any operational issues that arise. The deployment of staff between prisons on DD is a regular and normal part of prison resourcing; the number of Prison Officers deployed on DD varies from one week to the next in order to reflect operational circumstances.</p><p> </p><p>Detached Duty is allocated on a cycle (4 week average) rather than on a month by month basis. Annex A shows the average number of staff deployed in each Detached Duty cycle in 2018.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Further to the Secretary of State for Justice’s answer to Question 199452, where he provided a monthly breakdown of the £10m funding allocation for the 10 Prisons Project, from start of September 2018 to end of March 2019, Annex A breaks down the funding allocation by each of the 10 prisons.</p><p> </p><p>The funding allocation differs slightly between prisons, due to the Department flexing and reprioritising funding where it is needed most in our prisons, to tackle violence and abusive behaviour, increase our security against drugs, and provide additional investment in leadership. The funding has remained broadly consistent at c£1m per prison.</p> more like this
