	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/09/2019 answer text <p>Information about biometric enrolment timescales for UKVCAS customers is publicised to applicants as part of the online application process on GOV.UK.</p><p>If the applicant does not enrol biometrics within this period they are sent a reminder and are given a further period in which to enrol.</p><p>If the applicant does not enrol their biometrics within these timescales their application is deemed as invalid and could be rejected. Prior to any action to reject the application UKVI would check to confirm whether an appointment to enrol has been booked. Families including children may be subject to such restrictions as a consequence of their immigration status where they have been granted temporary leave to remain, or where they require leave but do not have it. The expectation is that the majority of people granted time-limited leave under the Immigration Rules, including those entering as visitors, workers, students and those on the path to settlement, will support themselves without placing pressures on taxpayers.</p><p>Families granted time-limited leave in the family and private life route can request the Home Office to lift conditions restricting access to public funds to avoid destitution. The Prime Minister confirmed that traces of Novichok were found at the City Stay Hotel in Bow Road, east London, where the suspects stayed. This statement was repeated in the House of Lords on the same day by the Leader of the House of Lords.
