In 2014/15 a total of £70.6m was received. In 2015/16 the figure was £74.5m. These figures represent dividends paid after a company or individual has been made insolvent. HMRC also receives payments in response to the initiation of insolvency proceedings and these payments are sometimes sufficient to allow HMRC to withdraw the proceedings. Full data is not available for 2011/12. The Department has received frequent and substantial advice on all aspects of this issue. This includes, but is not limited to, the impact of fitness standards on CNC officers and how those standards affect deployability of officers, and the costs of administering a pension scheme with a lower effective pension age.</p><p> </p><p>The Minister of State has received two letters from the Civil Nuclear Police Federation outlining their legal case for a lower pension age. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/05/2016 answer text <p>The referendum on membership of the European Union is a decision of fundamental importance for the future of the country<strong>. </strong>The Government is committed to helping ensure that everyone who is eligible to vote in this referendum is able to do so.</p><p>The Electoral Commission’s public awareness campaign plays an essential role in explaining to the electorate the importance of registering to vote. As it has done previously ahead of the 2015 General Election, the Government aims to complement and amplify the Electoral Commission’s work to maximise the number of people reached by voter registration communications to ensure that electors can have their say on 23 June.
