<p>Five Women and Equalities ministers have taken part in the women's engagement programme
since it started in 2011. This includes:</p><p> </p><p>· Lynne Featherstone MP, Parliamentary
Under Secretary of State for Women and Equalities from May 2010 to September 2012
who undertook 5 roundtables</p><p>· Maria Miller MP, Secretary of State for Culture,
Media and Sport and Minister for Women and Equalities who undertook 6 roundtables</p><p>·
Jo Swinson MP Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Women and Equalities (shared
with the Department for Business Innovation and Skills) who has undertaken 9 roundtables
to date</p><p>· Helen Grant MP, Minister for Sport, Tourism and Equalities and Parliamentary
Under Secretary of State for Women and Equalities who has undertaken 4 roundtables
to date</p><p>· Jenny Willott MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Women
and Equalities (shared with the Department for Business Innovation and Skills) who
has undertaken 1 roundtable to date</p><p>Additionally, ministers also held and take
part in a wide range of meetings; conferences and numerous speaking engagements with
women. Consultation also occurs across government on a range of policy areas including
violence against women and girls. Events and roundtables are not assessed on an individual
basis and follow up actions for these events are taken forward by the Ministers for
Women and Equalities as appropriate; this may include writing to or meeting ministers
in other departments, either one-to-one or at Inter Ministerial Groups.</p>
