As part this consultation, we proposed amending the Industry Initiatives element of the scheme to allow participating energy suppliers to have the opportunity to provide rebates to residents of Park Homes. Providing support to park home residents in this way would be at the discretion of suppliers, who would also determine the level of support made available. The consultation closed on 13 November and we are currently analysing the responses. In September 2014 the Government consulted on whether the regulatory regime put in place for LIBOR should be extended to seven other major benchmarks, based on recommendations from the Fair and Effective Markets Review. This regime includes the criminal offence of manipulating a ‘relevant benchmark’ either by making misleading statements or by creating a false or misleading impression of the value of investments that could affect such a benchmark. The list of benchmarks included the dominant benchmark for the foreign exchange market, WM/Reuters 4pm London Closing Spot Rate. These will take into account a range of factors and we cannot guarantee that installing property level protection will reduce premiums. However it is possible to provide an estimate. Defra's statistics on ‘The Area of Crops Grown For Bioenergy in England and the UK: 2008 – 2012' published in December 2013 include data reported under the Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO) on the volume of bioethanol supplied to the UK road transport market with information on the feedstock and the country of origin of the feedstock. By applying appropriate conversion factors, it is possible to derive an estimate of the equivalent tonnage and crop area of wheat grown and used to produce bioethanol. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/03/2014 answer text <p>A number of independent peer reviewed research studies have concluded that there is no evidence of health effects arising from infrasound or low frequency noise, generated by windfarms that are built according to Government guidelines.</p><p> </p><p>For example, a comprehensive study undertaken in the UK in 1997 by ETSU for the Department of Trade and Industry (ETSU W/13/00392/REP) found no evidence that ground transmitted low frequency noise from wind turbines is at a sufficient level to be harmful to human health. These findings were confirmed by a study published in 2005 by the Applied and Environmental Geophysics Group of the School of Physical and Geographical Sciences at Keele University titled Microseismic and Infrasound Monitoring of Low Frequency Noise and Vibrations from Wind Farms1.
