	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/02/2019 answer text <p>We have asked the National Health Service to develop a clear implementation framework by spring, to set out how the commitments should be delivered by local systems and ensure transparency for patients and the public.</p><p>The Government recognises the importance of capital investment and public health, health education and adult social care services to the NHS. The review is considering the appropriateness of operational standards for physical and mental health relating to planned, unplanned urgent or emergency care, including cancer.</p><p> </p><p>The Long Term Plan provides a platform upon which innovative models of patient care can and are being developed.
