The Ministerial Code states that <em>“It is of paramount importance that Ministers give accurate and truthful information to Parliament”.<br><br></em>As Leader of the House I have a particular responsibility to encourage Ministers and their departments to be punctual in answering written questions. However, complete records of the number of employees who may have applied for flexible working are not maintained. The information that is available is detailed below.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Treasury Solicitor’s Department (TSol) only keeps records of flexible working patterns that impact directly on pay and annual leave, and no separate record is held of applications made under a statutory right. Councils now apply local council tax support in the form of a council tax discount and receive a DCLG grant through Revenue Support Grant. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/11/2014 answer text <p>Shropshire Council submitted its Site Allocations and Management of Development Plan Document to the Secretary of State for examination on 1 August 2014, and its assertion that it has a five year supply of deliverable land will be robustly tested by the Planning Inspector. <br><br>Getting an up-to-date Local Plan in place, following extensive engagement with local communities and which includes a five year supply of housing sites, is the best way to protect an area from unplanned development whilst meeting local housing needs.</p><p> </p><p>Where authorities are in the process of preparing plans, they still need to demonstrate that they have in place a five year supply of deliverable housing sites.
