	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/07/2019 answer text <p>From 2015 up to the end of first quarter of 2019, HS2 Ltd responded to 79 per cent of the Freedom of Information (FOI) and Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) requests it received within the 20 working day deadline.</p><p> </p><table><tbody><tr><td><p>Year</p></td><td><p>Number of requests</p></td><td><p>% of FOI received fulfilled within the 20-day deadline</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>2015</p></td><td><p>226</p></td><td><p>77%</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>2016</p></td><td><p>219</p></td><td><p>95%</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>2017</p></td><td><p>284</p></td><td><p>92%</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>2018</p></td><td><p>354</p></td><td><p>77%</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p>In the first quarter of 2019 HS2 Ltd has received 141 FOI request with 40% fulfilled within the 20-day deadline. This is an increase of 83 per cent in the number of requests received, coupled with an increase in complexity, this has led to a number of requests taking longer to process. HS2 Ltd recognises that its performance needs to improve. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/07/2019 answer text <p>Ahead of a potential exit on 29 March, DfT worked with a number of Departments to develop planning assumptions for a potential no deal exit. Since April, Departments have reviewed the planning assumptions and developed new assumptions based on the most recent information from Member States and in light of the extension to 31 October 2019. These assumptions are focused on a reasonable worst case scenario, rather than what we expect to happen, and have already been shared with key partners to support revision of contingency plans, where appropriate, for a potential no deal scenario on 31 October. These planning assumptions remain under review throughout the planning process.
