This consortium is led by Ipsos-MORI and includes the Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research. </p><p> </p><p>The evaluation is taking place over a two year period, starting from April 2013 with a final report published in late 2015. The evaluation includes research with claimants, social landlords, Local Authority staff and voluntary organisations.</p> more like this
