	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/04/2019 answer text <p>In 2015 the then Director of Public Prosecutions commissioned Sir Richard Henriques to conduct an Independent Inquiry into allegations made against Lord Greville Janner, which was published on 19 January 2016. Sir Richard was asked to conduct a thorough and independent review into the approach and decision making of the CPS in relation to past investigations by Leicestershire Police which concluded in 1991, 2002 and 2007. He made a number of recommendations with regard to CPS procedures and guidance. The maximum membership of the Order is 65 people. There have been 28 appointments to the Order since 2014, including five appointments in 2018 and one in 2019. The independent honours committees work closely with Government departments to seek and attract nominees with a wide breadth of outstanding achievement. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/04/2019 answer text <p>The Cabinet Office is leading and coordinating the cross-departmental Prepare for EU Exit public information campaign to help fulfil the Government’s duty to inform citizens and businesses about how leaving the EU might affect them, and to advise them on the steps they may need to take to prepare. To date we have used a range of paid-for and no-cost channels to direct citizens and businesses to a dedicated area on <a href="http://gov.uk/" target="_blank">GOV.UK</a> at Gov.uk/euexit.</p><p> </p><p>The Cabinet Office has undertaken to publish information relating to ongoing expenditure on the public information campaign as part of the department’s regular data transparency releases. For maximum economies of scale, media for all Government campaigns is bought centrally through a new Crown Commercial Service framework. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/04/2019 answer text <p>The Church Commissioners have been closely engaged in holding the mining company responsible for the collapse of the Vale dam in Brumadinho, Brazil to account. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/04/2019 answer text <p>In order to comply with the Forestry Stewardship Council, UK Woodland Assurance Scheme and UK Forestry Standards, forests must contain a maximum of 75% primary species. Latest figures for forests in Scotland managed by the Church Commissioners show that they contain around 65% Sitka spruce, though that percentage was higher when the forests were first planted in the 1960s and 1970s. The remainder comprises native broadleaves and other conifer species such as Scots pine, Norway spruce, Douglas fir and open ground. Open ground makes up approximatley 19% of the area under management and mostly comprises native grasses, water (ponds, streams and rivers), heather and rock outcrops.
