	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/09/2017 answer text <p>The UK Government is deeply concerned by the conflict in South Sudan, which has caused 2 million people to flee to neighbouring countries, including Sudan. The UK Government does not provide any direct funding to the Government of Sudan. However, through the Department for International Development (DFID)’s South Sudanese Refugees and Migration programme, the UK is providing up to £5 million of support this year to meet the essential humanitarian needs of up to 150,000 South Sudanese refugees in Sudan. DFID is also the largest donor to the UN’s Sudan Humanitarian Fund, which provides support to South Sudanese refugees and other vulnerable people in Sudan. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/09/2015 answer text <p>As this is a devolved matter this answer applies to England only.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Section 14(1) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 makes it illegal to release or allow to escape into the wild, any animal or plant which is not ordinarily resident in Great Britain and is not a regular visitor to Great Britain in a wild state, or is listed in Schedule 9 to the Act. He has set up a Low Emission Zone and has announced the introduction of an Ultra-Low Emission Zone Scheme to ensure that all vehicles driving in the centre of London will be zero or low emission by 2020. A plan to deliver cleaner taxis across London has also been announced to help support London taxi driver’s transition to zero emission capable taxis. Defra’s air quality grant scheme has awarded funding to support the Mayor’s Breathe Better Together public awareness campaign to encourage behaviour change and tackle air pollution. The start of work on Jacks Key Reservoir, Darwen was delayed due to detailed site investigation showing that the project is more complex than originally anticipated. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/09/2015 answer text <p>The Government published the report ‘Review of Effectiveness of Local Authority Action Plans (LAQM) and Future Policy Options for LAQM’ in 2013, which looked at a broad selection of local authorities with Air Quality Management Areas that ranged from hotspots to large areas of exceedance.
