<p>Employees of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, as civilians, fall under the remit of the
Civil Service Pay Remit Guidance for the purposes of determining pay awards. The Ministry
of Defence must abide by the Remit Guidance set by the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury.</p><p>
