	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/07/2019 answer text <p>The clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) are currently looking at different options as to how they can work together in the future to consolidate their current collaborative working arrangements. The emerging preferred option from the public, member, staff, partner and stakeholder engagement so far, is a single CCG in Durham, which would be co-terminus with the local authority and a single CCG in the Tees Valley (covering the Tees Combined Authority area) with a shared management arrangement.</p><p>The CCGs in Durham have been working together for some time with joint appointments since 2014 and ‘in-common’ meetings since May 2017. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/07/2019 answer text <p>On 1 April 2013, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) replaced primary care trusts (PCTs) as the primary commissioner of National Health Service services in England.</p><p>Unlike PCTs, CCGs are clinically led, and so are better able to use clinical expertise to assess and prioritise those treatments that provide the safest and most effective outcomes for their population. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/04/2019 answer text <p>The Department has not deprioritised any European Union exit Statutory Instruments (SIs).</p><p> </p><p>Our objective has always been to have a functioning statute book in place by ‘exit day’ and to ensure that the most critical secondary legislation was made by this point. Each SI was carefully considered on a case-by-case basis, enabling the Department to lay the critical secondary legislation required before we exit the EU.</p><p> </p><p>Given the extension to Article 50, the Department will consider whether any further EU exit SIs will need to be brought forward to amend any EU Regulations which have come into force since the original EU Exit SI programme was finalised, to ensure a functioning statute book ahead of a potential ‘no deal’ exit. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/02/2019 answer text <p>NHS Improvement is working closely with Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust to achieve delivery of the 95% four hour accident and emergency (A&amp;E) standard. Several steps are in place to support the Trust, including monthly oversight meetings between NHS Improvement’s senior leadership team and the Trust’s chief executive team to review performance; provision of NHS Improvement staff for on-site support to review long-stay patients and discharge those who are medically fit to be discharged; and work with mental health providers and the London Ambulance Service to support appropriate placement of mental health patients as well as improve patient handover performance. The Trust also received £500,000 of capital to develop and open a crisis café at the University Hospital Lewisham site, to help prevent avoidable mental health attendances at A&amp;E.</p><p>There are multiple actions underway to support reductions in waiting times for patients in London Emergency Departments. The London Urgent and Emergency Care programme and the Emergency Care Intensive Support Team provide dedicated expertise and support to several trusts<ins class="ministerial"><sup>1</sup></ins>.
