star this property answer text <p>The Government plans to offer free hospital car parking to disabled people, frequent outpatient attenders, parents of sick children staying overnight and staff working night shifts.</p><p>The Department is developing its proposals for implementing these commitments working closely with the National Health Service. This includes work to ensure that NHS organisations are supported to implement the required changes effectively.</p> more like this
