	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2014 answer text <p>No Single Living Accommodation at Catterick is provided by a contractor.</p><p>The Ministry of Defence (MOD) has nearly 6,000 bedspaces at Catterick which the MOD owns.</p><p>Where Single Living Accommodation is not available, the MOD may rent accommodation from the local private market, known as Substitute Service Single Accommodation. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2014 answer text <p>Information on mean and median waiting times for the Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) programme by clinical commissioning group in 2013-14 is attached.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The IAPT dataset did not exist before April 2012 and reliable data became available from April 2013 onwards.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><em>Achieving Better Access to Mental Health Services by 2020</em> sets out action the Government is taking to provide better access to mental health services within the next year, including a national waiting time for talking therapies. Our Advisors on the ground are working closely with aid agencies, the UN and the Kurdistan Regional Government to further assess humanitarian needs. The latest available statistics for 2013 show that this number reduced to 31,590 as at 31 March 2013.</p><p>To help deal with the deficit which this Government inherited in 2010, the Government has reduced the size of the Civil Service by 17% since the 2010 General Election. It is now at its smallest since the Second World War, representing a significant increase in efficiency and productivity. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/09/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>In response to the Syria crisis the UK has allocated £600 million to date for humanitarian aid to victims of the conflict. Total allocations for 2014/15 will depend on decisions to be taken on the basis of evolving needs. In Iraq, the UK has allocated £23m of humanitarian aid for 2014/15.</p><p> </p><p>In Iraq, DFID support has included airdrops of assistance onto Mount Sinjar and in the Iraqi town of Amerli.
