However, the Royal Navy Fishery Protection Squadron comprises of 3 offshore patrol vessels of which one is currently tasked to meet the contractual commitment to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) for the purposes of fisheries enforcement in England.</p><p> </p><p>The number of RN Offshore Patrol Vessels reflects the adoption of a risk based, intelligence led operational model that enables targeted enforcement interventions in the right place at the right time. The requirement for all vessels over 12 metres in length to be fitted with the satellite tracking devices (Vessel Monitoring System) gives a real time picture of where fishing activity is happening enabling the efficient employment of patrol vessels. This information is monitored at the MMO control room in Newcastle.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, when the RN Offshore Patrol Vessels are at sea but conducting other tasks they are still able to provide a presence which has a deterrent effect. This is supplemented by joint working with other agencies such as Inshore Fisheries Conservation Authorities (IFCAs), UK Border Force (UKBF) and the Police to ensure effective and timely intervention where illegal activity is suspected. There are no other specific requirements relating to the content of such education, unless a child has a statement of special educational needs or an Education and Health Care Plan, which can specify that the child is being educated at home. If it does, the local authority is under a duty to ensure the provision specified is made.</p><p>Parents choosing to educate at home take on the responsibilities involved, including financial responsibility. There is no entitlement to support. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/07/2017 answer text <p>The most recent national analysis of the free schools programme and specifically the costs of free schools was published by National Audit Office (NAO) in its report on Capital Funding for Schools in February this year, which can be accessed via <a href="https://www.nao.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Capital-funding-for-schools.pdf" target="_blank">https://www.nao.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Capital-funding-for-schools.pdf</a>.</p><p>The NAO reported that the average capital costs of a place in a primary free school opening in 2013-14 or 2014-15 was £14,400, while a place in a secondary free school was £19,100.</p><p>The Department does not calculate nor use the cost per place filled. Many Free Schools open one year group at a time. Testing is being undertaken by the Building Research Establishment where Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding is identified. If the screening tests indicate that such cladding would not meet the limited combustibility requirements of the current Building Regulations guidance, local authorities and housing associations, in conjunction with the fire and rescue service, will determine the best course of action, communicating closely with residents.
