star this property answer text <p>The Department has commissioned four independent systematic reviews of all relevant literature on the diagnosis, treatment, transmission and prevention of Lyme disease.</p><p> </p><p>The four systematic reviews have been completed and peer reviewed. The reviews were undertaken by the Evidence for Policy and Practice and Co-ordinating Centre and were published on its website on 21 December 2017. Patient advocacy groups involved in the review have been notified that these are in the public domain.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Equality Act 2010 defines disability as a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on a person’s ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.</p><p> </p><p>Decisions about what impairments meet this definition are not generally made on the basis of whether or not a person has a specific condition, but on the impact of that condition. This will apply to women with endometriosis in the same way that it would apply to people with any other condition.</p><p> </p><p>The Equality Act 2010 specifies that only a very small number of health conditions (cancer, HIV infection and multiple sclerosis) can be considered disabilities from the point of diagnosis for the purposes of the Act.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The general practitioner (GP) to patient ratio for Redbridge Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and other CCGs in London is presented in the table below.</p><table><tbody><tr><td rowspan="2"><p>GP to patient ratio as at December 2017:</p></td><td><p>Redbridge CCG</p></td><td><p>London Average</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>1 to 2,300</p></td><td><p>1 to 2,200</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p> </p><p>Redbridge Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has been working with NHS England to plan workforce capacity across Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge. The CCG has successfully bid for NHS England funding to support recruitment of 21 GPs from overseas.</p><p> </p><p>The CCG is also transforming primary care, in line with the GP Forward View, to provide a wider skills mix in practices, so reducing the demand on GPs whilst ensuring patients still receive the clinical care they need.</p> more like this
