Additional legal advice is obtained from GLD on an hourly rate basis and the Department regularly engages private sector legal services from Counsel and external legal firms. Hourly rates are not available without reviewing individual invoices from the various legal service providers, which would incur disproportionate cost. Production of automated vehicles and associated technologies in the UK is estimated to represent a gross direct contribution of £6.9bn to UK Gross Value Added by 2035, supporting over 27,000 jobs, including thousands of new highly skilled jobs in the automotive sector. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/06/2018 answer text <p>A number of DCMS-sponsored museums have sites in different local authorities/regions but we do not have details of how the funding is allocated between sites. The national museums have partnerships with many regional and local museums and tour objects from their collections nationally and internationally. As arm’s length bodies, Arts Council England and the Heritage Lottery Fund allocate money to museums on behalf of the Department.</p><p>The Mendoza Review, published in November 2017, provides some details of how ACE, HLF and Local Authority funding was split between regions between 2011/12 - 2014/15. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/12/2018 answer text <p>A number of EU Member States operate their own public lending rights schemes which enable payments to be made to eligible rights holders for the lending of their work. However, these are not directly reciprocal to the UK’s Public Lending Right (PLR) Scheme, and decisions on whether UK-resident authors qualify for these will be for each Member State to make.</p><p> </p><p>The Authors' Licensing and Collecting Society (ALCS), which represents UK authors in registering and claiming payments from lending rights schemes in Europe and elsewhere, has indicated that it supports the UK's PLR scheme remaining open to residents of EEA states.
