part of the DCMS Employment Policy Performance Management System. The GEO headcount
for staff covered by this system at 31 March 2014 was 50: this included staff who
had recently transferred to DCMS (GEO) from other Government Departments, or had recently
returned to DCMS (GEO) after e.g. maternity leave, and are therefore excluded from
the total shown.</p><p> </p>
