We have protected overall police spending in real terms. Given that skills policy is devolved, devolved administrations will receive a population share of the UK-wide revenue from the levy. This means the Welsh Government will receive £128m in 2017-18, £133m in 2018-19, and £138m in 2019-20. HMRC have information on where PAYE schemes are registered, though not on the workplaces of the employer.
