However NATO has agreed to consider for public release all reports from the International Board of Auditors for NATO (IBAN) from financial year 2013 onwards. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/02/2023 answer text <p>The Armed Forces Act 2021 placed a duty on specific local public bodies in the areas of health, housing, and education to have due regard to the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant. The Government will report on the overall effectiveness of the Duty within five years of it coming into force, in accordance with good practice, to allow time for impacts to emerge.</p><p> </p><p>We will be working with Local Authorities and other bodies in scope of the duty to ensure they are aware of their obligations to ensure the Armed Forces Community do not face disadvantage.
