However, in the same period we opened additional centres in Kenya (Mombasa), Morocco (Casablanca) and Algeria (Oran). We have also introduced an annual Visa Application Centre in the Seychelles for our customers applying for student visas.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>Sopra Steria Ltd (SSL) monitors the performance of the UKVCAS website and regularly reviews feedback from customers to ensure the website meets their needs and expectations.</p><p>So far, since service inception in November, the following improvements have been made to the online booking system:</p><p><br>- more detailed information in the FAQs section to help customers resolve problems <br>- improved visibility of appointments by expanding the number of locations that customers can view from four to eight. <br>- extended period for customers booking appointments from four to six weeks for core service points and from two to four weeks for enhanced service points.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The contract with Sopra Steria for the provision of BPO services contains clauses and performance measures (KPIs) designed to ensure the timeliness and quality of service provision. HMPO has a rigorous contract compliance regime in place supported by a dedicated Supplier Management Team with responsibility for ensuring the provider delivers to the required performance standards set out in the contract.</p><p>The contract also requires Sopra Steria to maintain an “Open Book” policy. This provides HMPO with transparency of costs and allows HMPO to closely monitor costs and to ensure value for money.</p> more like this

With regards to our suppliers’ staff, we require all our suppliers to put systems in place to fulfil a duty of care to their employees to ensure the wellbeing and resilience of their staff throughout their tenure in the IRC.</p><p>In line with other contractual agreements, IRC suppliers are required to meet set service standards, including ensuring minimum staffing levels are met.</p><p>The new contract to manage the IRCs at Gatwick will set high expectations for the quality of management and staffing in key elements of the estate.</p><p>Information on numbers of IRC staff is not centrally recorded in the format requested.</p> more like this
