	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/03/2023 answer text <p>Recruitment data for 2021 and 2022 relates to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy as this predates the recent Machinery of Government changes.</p><p> </p><p>BEIS operated the Disability Confident Scheme for disabled candidates applying to roles in the Department.</p><p> </p><p>The response below applies to recruitment campaigns advertised internally to BEIS and across government as the data requested is not held on externally advertised vacancies. This includes the £1 billion Carbon Capture Usage and Storage (CCUS) Infrastructure Fund, supporting the ambition for CCUS in four industrial clusters by 2030 at the latest.</p><p> </p><p>This follows previous UK Government investment into CCUS between­ 2004 and 2021 the UK Government has invested over £346 million into CCUS Research, Development and Deployment (RD&amp;D). The exemptions were decided on a case-by-case basis and were subject to public consultation.
