star this property answer text <p>The Department has no plans to bring forward legislative proposals for amending the regulation of advertising for aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.</p><p>The Government is committed to improving the safety of cosmetic procedures through better training for practitioners, and clear information so that people can make informed decisions about their care.</p><p>The Committee for Advertising Practice (CAP) publish codes and guidance for advertising of cosmetic procedures, including endorsements on social media, which are enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). The Department has been working with the CAP, the ASA and the Joint Council for Cosmetic Procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of existing safeguards and levels of industry compliance.</p> more like this

I can confirm that the six law firms previously listed provide legal support to Post Office Limited and are permitted to subcontract to others within the terms of their contract with the Post Office. In addition, Post Office Limited has instructed Herbert Smith Freehills in respect of the Group Litigation.</p><p> </p><p>The selection of law firms to provide legal services to Post Office Limited is an operational matter for the company in which Government plays no role.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Yes. HMS PRINCE OF WALES is structurally complete and on current plans will commence contractor sea trials in late 2019. Her first entry to Portsmouth will take place during those sea trials and her commissioning into the Royal Navy will follow their completion. While RAF recruits do not routinely receive an electrocardiogram (ECG), where screening indicates they may have a problem an ECG, exercise ECG, 24-hour ECG or echocardiogram might be performed.</p><p>For aircrew candidates, an ECG is required before entering pilot training.</p> more like this
