star this property answer text <p /> <p>We are putting education and training at the heart of youth custody through the creation of Secure Colleges. These will be give young people the skills, qualifications and self-discipline needed to turn their back on crime and become productive members of society.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, a competition is underway for new contracts which will aim to more than double the number of hours young people in Young Offenders Institutions spend in education each week.</p><p> </p><p>Evidence relating to education in custody has been included in recent publications by the Ministry of Justice and Youth Justice Board (YJB). This information relates to the proportions of the young offenders in education and the classes / vocational training taken. However, a number of zero emission capable, purpose built taxis are planned from a range of manufacturers, and are due for release 2015 onwards. In addition, a small number of zero emission hydrogen taxis were used during the London Olympics. Many private hire vehicle companies across the UK already use zero emission capable vehicles – which are typically hybrid or electric cars, used for commercial purposes.</p> more like this

In his Written Ministerial Statement of 31 March, the then Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Richmond (Yorks) (Mr Hague), stated that ‘we encourage the Sri Lankan government to fully co-operate with the resolution, and to work alongside the international community for the benefit of its people’.
