This is explained in the Civil Service Nationality Rules.</p><p>In practice, an EEA or third country national who applies for a reserved post in the Civil Service will be sifted out at an early stage, as it would not be lawful to employ him or her. star this property answer text <p>We remain concerned by all restrictions to freedom of religion or belief in China. Whilst Article 36 of the Chinese Constitution specifies that ‘Citizens of the People's Republic of China enjoy freedom of religious belief’, only five religions are officially recognised, and practice is subject to restrictions. <br><br>We regularly raise our concerns with the Chinese authorities, and did so in detail during the UK-China Human Rights Dialogue in April. We highlight our concerns in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s Annual Report on Human Rights. Our concerns are also raised in international fora such as the UN Human Rights Council. <br><br>We regard freedom of thought, conscience and belief as a fundamental human right and will continue to raise our concerns as part of our broader relationship with China.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Greening Government Commitments annual report for 2014-15 sets out the data reported by departments on the proportion of government procurement contracts in a number of key product groups which met or exceeded Government Buying Standards in that year. The information specifically on construction contracts is set out in Annex 2, procurement table 3 of the annual report. As with previous years’ annual reports, the available data is presented by department, rather than for the whole of government. It is not possible to provide a figure on the proportion which met or exceeded the Government Buying Standards for the whole of government, as not all departments were able to report complete information.</p><p>It is the responsibility of each Department to put the Government Buying Standards into practice in its own procurement activity.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>NHS England has recently undertaken a primary care data gathering programme, which has established a consistent baseline of data for every National Health Service-reimbursed general practice (GP) across England, with outputs visually displayed and accessible to sustainability and transformation partnerships, integrated care systems, clinical commissioning groups and primary care networks via the Strategic Health Asset Planning and Evaluation Place Atlas, which is available in an online-only format. As of December 2023, this reported a total of 8,522 GP premises.</p><p>The requested data however was not collected as part of this data gathering programme and is not held by NHS England.</p> more like this
