	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/11/2014 answer text <p /> <p>On 12 March 2014 the Justice Secretary informed the House that G4S had agreed to repay £108.9m owed to Government on the company’s electronic monitoring contract and on two contracts for facilities management in the courts. This followed the Justice Secretary’s announcement on 19 December 2013 that Serco had agreed to repay £70.5m owed on the company’s electronic monitoring and prisoner escort contracts.</p><p> </p><p>The sums in question also included provision for the direct costs to Government arising from these matters.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Both companies have repaid all money requested in accordance with the settlement agreements.</p><p> </p><p>We are not aware of any outstanding debts owed to this Department by the companies. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/11/2014 answer text <p /> <p>The average time from receipt of an ESA50 to the completion of face to face work capability assessment (for both Employment and Support Allowance and Incapacity Benefit Reassessment), for the period from January 2014 to September 2014, was 102 working days.</p><p> </p><p>Maximus Health and Human Services Ltd. has been awarded the contract to succeed Atos Healthcare from March 2015, to undertake Work Capability Assessments. Figures have not been provided for individual years as the numbers in each year, other than 2013, are five or fewer. The detail cannot be provided to prevent identification or disclosure relating to individual cases. Similarly, information on the alleged breach of conduct and discipline is not being provided for the same reasons.</p><p> </p><p>There are 100 directly employed and also 120 sessional Muslim Chaplains. All employed Chaplains go through a robust recruitment process. Following a competency based application and panel sift there is a three part board consisting of sermon, role play and panel interview. A Chaplain also requires endorsement by their faith community - for Muslim Chaplains this would be the NOMS Muslim Adviser. Sessional Muslim Chaplains are required to have the appropriate Islamic credentials checked by our Muslim Adviser. Before doing so, Staffordshire Police, West Yorkshire Police and Leicestershire Police are piloting a new, two-tier framework for out of court disposals based on the conditional caution and the community resolution.</p><p> </p><p>Police officers in these areas, as in other parts of England and Wales, may in exceptional circumstances administer a conditional caution for an indictable only offence and must seek the permission of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) before doing so.
