Motability is wholly responsible for the administration of the Motability scheme including collating its own management information. star this property answer text <p>The case of <em>Weller v Associated Newspapers Ltd [2014] EWHC 1163</em> was a civil action in relation to the tort of misuse of private information as it applies to children. As the case illustrates, it is already possible for a civil action to be brought to protect the privacy of children. The remedies available include damages for the breach of privacy and an injunction to prevent any further publication.
