unstar this property answer text <p>I have been asked to reply on behalf of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.</p><br /><p>We want to help British businesses take advantage of the opportunities that economic re-engagement with Iran will bring. UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) are engaging with UK businesses to provide support and assistance to help ensure they benefit from opportunities as they arise. UKTI now have a presence in the British Embassy in Tehran.</p><br /><p>During his visit to Tehran in October, my noble Friend the Minister for Trade and Investment, Lord Maude, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with his Iranian counterpart that sets the direction for our future economic and business relationship.</p><br /><p>There is a desire on both sides to build a long-term bilateral relationship based on partnership, where trade and investment is a key pillar.</p><br /> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The installation of the Engineered Materials Arresting System (EMAS) Arrestor Beds at RAF Northolt will give the RAF the ability to ensure site containment and safety in the event an aircraft overrunning the runway.</p><p>The EMAS Arrestor system, which will be used at RAF Northolt is currently the only product certified for use in the U.K. which has been scientifically modelled and manufactured to ensure arresting capability.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>As at 1 June 2017, there were 102 military personnel employed by 34 Field Hospital. It has one Civil Service post but this is currently vacant. In addition, some 30 Military Provost Guard Service personnel serve at Queen Elizabeth Barracks supporting the whole barracks, not just the Field Hospital.</p><p>The only contractors who work at the hospital are those that deliver cleaning and maintenance through a centralised Facilities Management contract, for which numbers are not available.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>Data on the outcomes of Royal Military Police investigations over the last ten years will take time to collate. Information relating to disciplinary action is currently <del class="ministerial">unlkown</del><ins class="ministerial">unavailable</ins>. I will write shortly to provide the data requested.</p><p>The Army does not tolerate unacceptable behaviour by any personnel, including staff and Junior Soldiers at the Army Foundation College, in any form. All allegations are treated very seriously and investigated. As part of our duty of care, instructors at the College will normally be suspended until an investigation has been carried out, or depending on the circumstances, they may be removed from post without prejudice and reassigned. As a result of the misconduct investigation and findings, the without prejudice removal will then be classified as blameworthy or non-blameworthy, and dealt with accordingly.</p> more like this
