unstar this property answer text <p><ins class="ministerial">The Government is determined to get the best deal for the UK in our negotiations to leave the EU, including for our world-leading food and farming industry. We have asked the Migration Advisory Committee for advice on the UK’s reliance on EU labour and they will help us shape immigration policy going forward.</ins></p><p><del class="ministerial">The EU Settlement Scheme will be a simple and streamlined application process, drawing on existing government data and processes to minimise the administrative burden on applicants. We are building an application process which is fit for purpose, and we are engaging with stakeholders who represent EU citizens in the UK to discuss and understand their needs.</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">We will be providing further detail on the scheme in due course.</del></p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The UK Marine Strategy puts in place the framework for achieving good environmental status in UK waters. A recent consultation on the progress made towards GES showed that whilst progress was being made further work was needed.</p><p> </p><p>The updated UK Marine Strategy Part I assesses an array of ocean health factors as well as economic and social analyses of the way we use our marine environment and the benefits it provides us. The updated assessments will be published later this year, giving improved information to the scientists working on the UK’s Ocean Assessment Score.</p><p> </p><p>The UK is already a global leader in protecting seas, the ocean and marine life. Our work includes the creation of 355 Marine Protected Areas protecting 25% of UK waters, including the recent designation of 41 Marine Conservation Zones. On 8 June we announced a review into Highly Protected Marine Areas in England, which is due to report by early 2020.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>Following a pilot, PICT began the migration of the mailboxes of hon. Members and their staff on 22 June. By 4 July over 1,800 mailboxes assigned to hon. Members and their staff had been migrated.</p><p>In the period from 22 June to 12:00 on 4 July, PICT logged 128 cases from hon. Members and their staff which were directly related to problems resulting from the migration of their mailboxes to Microsoft 365. 112 of those cases are now closed. During the same period, PICT logged 149 other cases from hon. Members and their staff requesting advice or help which were directly related to other aspects of the migrations to Microsoft 365.</p><p> </p> more like this
