We assess the number to have been larger but that many of these need additional work to be resilient to future earthquakes. UK humanitarian support was needs-based. Reconstruction support targeted four of the most affected districts: Dhading, Rasuwa, Nuwakot and Gorkha. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/08/2017 answer text <p>The 2015 Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan mandated the creation of an African Union led Hybrid Court for the prosecution of the most serious crimes in South Sudan.</p><p>The UK has called for the Hybrid Court to be established without delay. We continue to urge the African Union to accelerate its implementation, and most recently raised the issue with the African Union High Representative for South Sudan, during a meeting with the Troika (the UK, US and Norway) in June. We are encouraged by the Mission's response to the recommendations following the independent review into the events of July 2016 by Major General Patrick Cammaert, and welcome the strong start made by the new Special Representative of the Secretary General, Mr David Shearer.</p><p>We continue to lobby the Government of South Sudan to allow UNMISS to effectively fulfil its mandate to protect civilians, support the delivery of humanitarian assistance, and monitor and investigate human rights; and for the swift deployment of the UN Regional Protection Force.</p><p>We have contributed up to 400 medical and engineering troops to UNMISS, to help improve the successful delivery of the Mission. The UK Government pledged £70m at the June 2015 International Conference for Nepal’s Recovery, which has been followed by a five year £83m reconstruction programme. We provided over 250,000 people with emergency shelter; over 200,000 people with winter including clothes, blankets and mattresses; and over 2000 hours of helicopter operations to reach communities inaccessible by road. In 2016, we provided £14.1 million for grants to girls and payments to schools.</p><p>In 2016 the programme provided cash transfers equivalent to approximately £15 each to 135,000 girls, to help them to remain in school.
