	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/11/2017 answer text <p>The Government’s Civil Judicial Cooperation Future Partnership Paper of August 2017 makes clear that an effective framework of civil judicial cooperation, which includes insolvency law, is an important part of the deep and special partnership we want to establish with the EU. It is in the interests of the UK and the EU that there continues to be an effective framework for resolving cross-border legal disputes after we leave.</p><p>This will provide confidence and certainty to families, business and individuals, ensuring they can continue to settle cross-border disputes efficiently and effectively in the future. This future relationship is subject to negotiation.</p><p> </p><p>While the Government cannot speculate on outcomes at this stage, any future regime will be based on the principles of open and fair markets. This includes the implications of the growth in self-employment and the emergence of new business models such as on–demand platforms.</p><p> </p><p>If anyone has concerns around their employment rights or thinks they have not been paid the National Minimum/Living Wage (NM/LW) they should call the ACAS Helpline on 0300 123 1100 or visit their website for confidential advice.
