National Health Service organisations continue to use the 2001 codes in order to support consistency with other data systems within the NHS. NHS organisations can choose to use either the 2001 or the 2011 categories.</p><p> </p><p>Additional codes can be included as appropriate at a local level to reflect the demographic make-up of the local population. The discharge of storm effluent is permissible only when the capacity of onsite facilities for treatment and containment are exceeded. This includes a 77,000m³ storm tank.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The permit does not specify a number of spills per year. It requires the works to provide secondary treatment for a specific flow rate of incoming sewage.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The current version of the permit came into effect on 31 March 2013. To ensure patients awaiting admission receive appropriate assessment and support, the centres have been providing outreach care to patients at the hospitals to which they are admitted, which will usually be a major trauma centre.</p><p> </p><p>The fluctuations of waiting times and the ability to discharge a patient to the next phase of their care are key factors in enabling the admission of new patients to a centre. NHS England, the eight specialist centres in England and the Spinal Injuries Association are working together to recommend changes to the continuing care process that would enable spinal cord injured patients to move to the next stage of their care as soon as clinically appropriate.</p><p> </p><p>The overall bed complement for England is being reviewed through a demand and capacity project, led by the Spinal Cord Injury Clinical Reference Group (CRG). Action this Government has taken is bringing the ballooning housing benefit bill under control - saving the taxpayer around £6bn by the end of this Parliament</p><p> </p><p>Housing benefit has always helped those in and out of work. The average rate of increase of housing benefit claimants in work has slowed under this Government, having increased by more than 50% in just 18 months under the last Government.
