New systems have been introduced over the last 12 months to help ensure that inaccurate or fraudulent information is spotted. Their integrity team has also expanded and there are currently around 80 staff working on integrity issues.</p><p> </p><p>Following the evaluation of the UK’s anti-money laundering regime by the Financial Action Task Force, the Government will actively consider areas where the regulatory framework can be improved. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2018 answer text <p>Civil enforcement is a devolved matter and the powers of Scottish Courts in this respect are therefore a matter for the Scottish Government.</p><p> </p><p>However, the Government is clear that where an employment tribunal has made an award then it should be paid promptly. That is why BEIS introduced the UK-wide unpaid award penalty scheme, in addition to other existing enforcement action, to improve award payment rates. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2018 answer text <p>Decisions regarding payments to subcontractors and suppliers to Carillion are the responsibility of the court-appointed Official Receiver. In his role as liquidator, the Official Receiver is an officer of the court and independent of Government.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has also taken swift action to put in place support to those affected by this insolvency event. The Banks have made provision for nearly £1 billion of support to those affected and the British Business Bank will provide support of up to £100 million of lending to small businesses through its Enterprise Finance Guarantee programme. HMRC will provide practical advice and guidance to those who were contracted to Carillion and are now concerned about their ability to pay tax.</p><p>In its response to the Insolvency and Corporate Governance consultation on 26 August 2018, the Government announced that it will increase the current £600,000 cap on the proportion of funds that can be ring-fenced and paid over to unsecured creditors, including small and medium-sized enterprises, ahead of the usual order of priority in an insolvency. The Government is currently working with a range of stakeholders to raise consumer awareness on firework safety.</p><p> </p><p>Under current UK legislation, there are clear requirements on manufacturers to categorise and label fireworks according to their explosive content, safety distances, noise level, or similar. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>The Government promotes the safe and responsible use of fireworks by consumers and there is strict legislation in place which regulates their supply and use.</p><p> </p><p>There are age restrictions in place which prevent the sale of fireworks to those under the age of 16 or 18 dependent on the classification of firework.
