	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/04/2019 answer text <p>Advertising in the UK is regulated by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), the industry’s independent regulator, which enforces the Advertising Codes through a system of self-regulation and co-regulation with Ofcom. The Codes apply to all media, including broadcast and online. They incorporate all relevant legislation and set standards for accuracy and honesty to which advertisers must adhere, including specific conditions on advertising to children, causing offence and social responsibility.</p><p> </p><p>The ASA is recognised by the government, the courts and trading standards as the ‘established means’ for the enforcement of misleading advertising, and the Codes include rules designed to ensure that advertisers do not mislead consumers. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/02/2018 answer text <p>In 2016/17 the British Film Institute (BFI), as the Government’s lead agency for film, invested £57,000 in York and £172,800 in North Yorkshire to support a range of film-related activities and projects, including the BFI Neighbourhood Cinema Programme, the Yorkshire Film Archive, and business support through the BFI Vision Awards. In addition, the BFI has worked extensively with Screen Yorkshire and its partners to develop the area as a creative cluster with seed funding totalling £254,000. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/02/2019 answer text <p>In the October 2018 Budget the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced that up to £55 million additional funding would be made available for restoring historic high streets to boost retail and bring properties back into productive uses. This was part of the wider £675 million ‘Future High Streets Fund’. Additionally, there are also other grant schemes available through Historic England (HE). 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2017 answer text <p>I expect all sports and all clubs to take the necessary action to fulfil their legal obligations under the Equality Act of 2010 so that disabled people are not placed at a substantial disadvantage when accessing sports venues. We are expecting a final report from the Premier League this autumn on whether clubs have met their pledge to meet a number of agreed measures to improve accessibility for disabled spectators. The measures include all clubs to achieve compliance with the Accessible Stadia guide by August 2017, and for all clubs to ensure the appropriate number of wheelchair bays are located in their away sections (10% of their home provision).</p><p>The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is the body responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010. Following the EHRC's call for evidence from Premier League clubs to assess their adherence to the terms of the Equality Act, if the EHRC suspect or believe that individual clubs are in breach of the 2010 Act, they will consider the use of their statutory powers in order to achieve compliance. All clubs failing to meet the minimum requirements were given a deadline of September to publish their plan of action and timetable for improvement or face an investigation.
