star this property answer text <p>The Government Digital Service (GDS) continues to support departments as they digitally transform their business operations, making government services easier and more efficient to use. There is a ‘digital first’ strategy across Government to save on time as well as paper and postage costs, including the use of email to achieve this aim.</p><p>The Government Communication Service (GCS) saved nearly £330m for taxpayers in 2014/15 compared to 2009/10 by making its campaigns more cost effective. The communications profession is also more streamlined, with headcount across Government reduced by a third since 2009/10. These reforms helped the Government reduce communications spending by a total of £1bn over the last Parliament. GCS continues to investigate new ways of reducing costs in Government communications.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Civil Service People Survey provides annual data on staff engagement and wellbeing. The survey, which is undertaken each October, had 279,653 individuals in 96 organisations respond in 2015.</p><p>The latest results show that we continue to see high scores for questions on whether people are interested in their work (89%), have the skills they need to do their job (88%) and are trusted to do their job effectively (88%). star this property answer text <p>The Debt Market Integrator (DMI)will not be taking over the tax credit related services currently contracted out to Concentrix.Concentrix currently provides services through the &quot;Error &amp; Fraud Adding Capacity&quot; (EFAC) contract, which does not include debt collection services. There are no current plans to re-procure these services. Tax credit debt collection services will be provided through the DMI contract from July 2016. The DMI contract was awarded to TDX / Equifax in March 2015.</p><br /> more like this
