They are also signposted to the full range of support and assistance available for welfare matters, including gambling. New officers are trained how to identify and support those under their command who are experiencing financial difficulties, including those caused by gambling.</p><p>There are no plans to enact legislation similar to that of the United States' Gambling Addiction Prevention Act 2019.
