It is for the Scottish Government to determine the allocation of funds from within its own budgets.</p><p> </p><p>The Chancellor of the Exchequer has regular discussions with Cabinet colleagues on a range of matters. The Government will consult on the local government finance settlement for 2019/20 in due course.
